Regular meetings of the Board of Education will be held at the Administrative Offices, 3886 Van Buren Street, Hudsonville, at 6:00 p.m. The regular meeting dates for the 2024-2025 meeting dates are as follows:

Work Session meetings of the Board of Education will be held at the Administrative Offices located at 3886 Van Buren Street, Hudsonville, at 6:00 p.m. The upcoming work session dates are as follows:

| September 22, 2025 | February 23, 2026 | May 18, 2026 |
| October 27, 2025 | March 23, 2026 | June, 22, 2026 (and budget hearing) - meeting starts at 5:45 p.m. |
